نااہل میڈیا کی نا اہلی

گزشتہ روز کوئٹہ میں ہوے دہشتگردی کے ایک اور افسوسناک واقعے میں ڈی آئی جی حمیدشکیل سمیت ۳ اہلکار شھید ہوے۔ ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کوئٹہ میں تعینات وہ آفیسر تھے جن کی بہادری اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف کاوشیں کسی سے ڈھکی چھپی نہیں۔ 

مگر افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ ہمارے میڈیا کی ہی کچھ کالی بھڑیں ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کی شہادت پر بھی پراپیگنڈا کرنے سے باز نہ آئی۔ ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کی قبر کی تصاویر کچھ یوں ہمارے میڈیا خاص طور پر سوشل میڈیا پر دکھائی جارہی ہیں کہ سدرن کمانڈ کی طرف سے ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کی قبر پر رکھا گیا گلدستہ تیمارداری کا ہے۔ اور اسکو سدرن کمانڈ کی نااہلی کہہ کر تمسخر اڑایا جا رہا ہے جبکہ حقیقت اس ک بر عکس ہے۔کوئٹہ میں ہوے دہشتگردی کے افسوسناک واقعے کے بعد سدرن کمانڈ کی طرف سے پھولوں کے گلدستے تمام زخمی اہلکاروں اور آفیسران کو بھیجے گئے۔ جو کسی پولیس اہلکار نے ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کی شہادت کے بعد ان کی قبر پر رکھ دیا۔ 

میڈیا نےایک بار پھر اپنی نااہلی کو برقرار رکھتے ہوے اس پھولوں کے گلدستے کی تصاویر بغیر کسی تصدیق کے سوشل میڈیا پر شائع کر دی جس سے ایک نیا موضوع زیر بحث آگیا۔ المیہ یہ ہے کہ میڈیا کے کچھ عناصر نے ڈی آئی جی حمید شکیل کی خدمات کو سرہانے کے بجائے ایک غیر اہم مدعے کو اچھالنے میں سرگرم عمل نظر آرہے ہیں۔

Presently days, couple of videos identified with Barahumdagh Bugti way of life are being viral which have gotten the consideration of all prevailing media especially web-based social media platforms. Those videos have uncovered the real face of a swindler who guaranteed himself as Baloch leader however he is enjoying a luxurious life on Indian money which he gets in return of his treachery towards Pakistan. As we all know Barhumdagh Bugti, a traitor and conspirator and above all else he is a self claimed leader of those baloch who want separation from Pakistan. Barhumdagh bugti’s political background is not hidden from anyone, he was kicked out of Jamhoori Wattan party by his own relatives when they came to realize that he has some shrouded plan of mass murders in Balochistan. From then onwards Barhumdagh has joined hands with the Indian intelligence agencies and attempted each conceivable push to discoloured Pakistan’s picture internationally.Indian involvement in Baluchistan is not a discharge any longer, India is transparently supporting handpicked traitors thus called separatists in Baluchistan and Barahmdagh Bugti is one of them. Self claimed leader like Barhumdagh Bugti has never had sincere intentions to his homeland and the people of balochistan. During his self-exile he attempted a great deal to persuade the locals of his tribe to hold hands with him yet none consented to that and few individuals from different tribes went along with him and began this bleeding wave of executing locals and blaming Pakistan armed forces for it. For most recent couple of years he has been acting like a pawn in the hands of the India. He is simply the person who guarantee as freedom fighter of Baluchistan yet then again he separates himself from Baluchistan and Baloch individuals in a sense that he is impelling insurrection in through renegades by sitting abroad a long way from the sufferings of locals. Fake leaders like him primarily have one agenda that is to slander Pakistan and venture Balochistan in dreadful light at worldwide level incorporating deceitfulness with baloch individuals.
Barely any months prior Indian PM Narendra Modi’s dubiously asserted that the Baloch individuals had expressed gratitude toward him for his help of the “supposed insurrection” in balochistan. Despite the fact that it was slammed by Pakistan govt authorities yet double crosser like Barhamdagh Bugti bolstered that Modi’s statement. It was clarified many times from Pakistan’s side that Indian government is completely supporting the continuous uprising in Baluchistan and India is deeply involved in sponsoring components like Brahamdagh Bugti, Haerbyar Marri, Zamran Marri and Allah Nazar. Brahamdagh Bugti is getting money from Indians for deceptioning his own people.

Few paid baloch rebels considered him as freedom fighter however when any individual observed him as freedom fighter, many inquiries begins emerging in mind that if he claimed himself a true baloch who wants to live with its own people then why he is having Bahrat’s passport and furthermore under the Indian pressure Afghanistan additionally issued him a passport as well. اجیت دوال… پاکستان میں مسلمان بن کر سات سال تک جاسوسی کرنے والا فرد جسے مودی سرکار نے قومی سلامتی کا مشیر مقرر کیا ہے، بھارت کا پاکستان مخالف جارحانہ رویہ دیکھانے کے لیے کافی ہے.
پاکستان کے معرض وجود میں آنے سے لے کر آج تک بھارت نے پاکستان کو کبھی دل سے قبول نہیں کیا اور ہمیشہ پاکستان کو توڑنے کی کوشش کی ہے چاہے وہ بھارتی جاسوس پاکستان بھیجنے کی صورت میں ہوں یا باغی علیحدگی پسندوں کی مدد کر کے، جس کی وجہ سے ہندوستان پاکستان کے درمیان کئی جنگیں ہو چکی ہیں اور خطے کا امن و سکون اور ترقی و خوشحالی میں رکاوٹ پیدا ہو چکی ہے.

حال ہی میں بھارتی جاسوس کلبھوشن یادیو کے بعد از گرفتاری انکشافات سے اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ بھارت پاکستان کے ہمسایہ ممالک کو استعمال کر کے پاکستان میں بدامنی اور فرقہ واریت پھیلانا چاہتا ہے. کلبھوشن کے بعد احسان اللہ احسان کی گرفتاری اور اسی طرح کے تہلکہ خیز انکشافات جس سے پاکستان میں دہشت گردی پھیلانے میں بھارت کے سرگرم کردار کی سند ملتی ہے. بلوچستان کے حالات خراب کرنے اور پاکستان چین اقتصادی راہداری کو ناکام بنانا بھارت کا اولین ہتھکنڈا تھا جس کے لیے پہلے بھارت نے ایران اور افغانستان کے ساتھ مل کر چاہ بہار بندرگاہ پر کام شروع کیا تاکہ بین الاقوامی سطح پر گوادر کے مثبت اثرات کو ختم کیا جا سکے مگر اپنے شیطانی منصوبے میں بری طرح ناکامی کے بعد بھارت نے پاکستان میں اپنے جاسوس بھیجے جنہوں نے نہ صرف باغی علیحدگی پسندوں کو اسلحہ اور مال فراہم کیا بلکہ پاکستان میں شورش پیدا کرنے کے لیے دہشت گردی اور فرقہ وارانہ فسادات کروائے.
بھارت کی شر انگیزی سے کشمیر تک محفوظ نہیں ہے کشمیر پر غاصبانہ قبضے سے لے کر آج دن تک کشمیریوں کی تحریک آزادی کو دبانے کے لیے مسلسل فوجی طاقت کا استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے. کبھی گولی، کبھی آنسو گیس اور کبھی چھرے والی بندوقیں استعمال کر کے کشمیری نوجوانوں کی بینائی تک چھیننے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے مگر حد تو تب ہوئی جب ہندوستانی فوج کے ایک اعلی افسر نے کشمیری مظاہرین سے بچنے کے لیے ایک کشمیری نوجوان کو فوجی گاڑی کے سامنے رسیوں سے باندھ کر انسانی ڈھال کے طور پر استعمال کیا. جس پر بین الاقوامی برادری نے بھی احتجاج کیا.

اب پوری دنیا کے سامنے بھارت کا مکروہ چہرہ بے نقاب ہو چکا ہے. بھارت خطے میں طاقت کے حصول کے لیے خطے کے امن کو تباہ کر کے اپنی اجارہ داری قائم کرنا چاہتا ہے مگر اب ایسا ممکن نہیں ہے کیونکہ پاکستان نہ صرف بھارتی جارحیت کے خلاف بین الاقوامی سطح پر آواز اٹھا رہا ہے بلکہ ہر بھارتی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب بھی دے رہا ہے.
اب ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ جب ان گرفتار جاسوس اور اسکے پاکستانی سہولت کار سے معلومات برآمد کی جا چکی ہیں تو پاکستان کے اداروں کی ذمہ داری بنتی ہے کہ وہ ان کو قرار واقعی سزا دیں اور انکو بان عبرت بنا دیں تاکہ اگلی مرتبہ کوئی پارے وطن عزیز پاکستان کی طرف میلی آ نکھ سے دیکھنے سے پہلے سو نہیں کروڑ بار سوچے.

CPEC A Strategic Move

In the emerging world politics CPEC has become a significant milestone achieved by Pakistan and China likely to revise the strategic and geo-economic dynamics of whole region. CPEC is just not a great leap forward for China but brings plenty of benefits for Pakistan as well. In 2013, both states agreed to give a tangible nature to link the Chinese city of Kashgar with the Pakistani port of Gwadar through a Railways and Roads. These net of roads and railway tracks are in actual a policy of greater strategic importance not only for Pakistan rather both states.

Now the question emerges why and how China considered Pakistan as most strategic ally? During the late 1950s and 1960s, when the whole world was witnessing the effects of cold war Pakistan was among those non-communist countries which have meaningful strategic ties with a communist state like China. At that time Pakistan was a member of US led anti-communist alliances CENTO and SEATO, despite being member of those alliances Pakistan persistent with its friendly relations with the China and considered as a bridge state between communist and capitalist bloc. It was difficult for China to come at such a powerful position, in chess of world politics without the support of Pakistan.

Having this background of strategic importance of Pakistan for China we can well understand why China finds Pakistan as most strategic ally. As far as CPEC importance has concerned that how this corridor has strategically connect Pakistan and China? This 3,000 kilometers lengthy corridor from Kashgar to Gwadar becomes a source of shipping millions of tons of goods from China to the Middle East, Africa and Europe through Gwadar port. It is not over yet, the construction of oil and gas pipelines through that corridor helps to meet energy needs of China. It is also economically profitable for China, as it will reduce distance and time to ship its goods to the Middle East, Africa and Europe. This corridor can be seen as a spring of connectivity not only between East Asia and Asia but Gulf and Middle East as well. One can easily come up with the result that with just $46 billion investments china will get profit of billions of billions dollars.

CPEC is further strengthening China-Pakistan friendship. China has already helping Pakistan in building many developmental projects whether it’s the ongoing project of Orange train or upcoming projects of CPEC. Pakistan, located at the crossroads of Central and West Asia, the Persian Gulf and the Middle East holds a strategic position and China is using Pakistan as launching pad for bright future of China and Pakistan. It is said that China is upcoming  world’s first economic power, and China’s approach to take advantage of Pakistan’s strategic location shows china will come up with the combination of large and small projects for more regional connectivity.

Another aspect of this CPEC is Indo-US alliance, India and US is already working in pacific and south Asian region to maintain the hegemony of USA. CPEC as alliance of Pakistan and China is enough capable to counter US or US supported Indian influence in this region. In this situation Pakistan should not make isolated itself by showing total dependence on China. No doubt China is a strong strategic partner of Pakistan according to Pakistan’s national and economic interests are concerned. Pakistan should adopt a balance foreign policy towards all the states of the world, especially between US and China, it is need of time.

A whoopla circulated among international media repeatedly tinted with the name of Pakistan in the context of terrorism, despite of Pakistan huge efforts & sacrifices in war on terrorism. While observing the history one can get an idea that International media enjoys lobbing against Pakistan and its efforts against terrorism. Chain of incidents starting from Kashmir Uprising, UNGA conference and speech by Pakistan PM, water blockage & Uri attack and most importantly Indian fake surgical strikes drama, lead to bitter regional environment for India & Pakistan. Indian government and military badly failed in all their tactics to prove Pakistan as guilty in the case of terrorism and sponsoring terrorism. When they got failed in their efforts, they started funding international media to write and speak against Pakistan. Many Indian journalists are coercing their pens and writes on daily basis against Pakistan. Most of them are writing on the same topic, malign Pakistan’s role with terrorism.

It’s not only about Pakistan but whole Muslim community. The word terrorism is unfortunately associated with Muslims; however this perception is totally wrong. A report published by loon watch entitled “All Terrorists are Muslims…Except the 94% that aren’t”, clearly stated that 94% percent terrorists are not Muslims. In this context, CNN published an article authorized Study: Threat of Muslim-American terrorism in U.S. exaggerated; according to a study released by Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, “the terrorist threat posed by radicalized Muslim-Americans has been exaggerated.”

Last week there was a news story in all major newspapers that a group of Indians have reached Iraq to join ISIS, similarly a year ago the security advisor of India met the head of same terrorist organizations, if it is observed then one comes to know about the power corridor which is creating and funding the terrorists by India. Talking about the Tamils in Sri Lanka who are posing biggest threat to the national security on Sri Lanka have been funded by Indians to destabilize the country and keep it involved in local issues so that it cannot make progress by making ties with the neighboring states. Another example is Afghanistan where India is also making ties with the non-state actors so that Afghan government may not become enough strong to make peace deals with Pro Afghanistan non state actors.

PM Modi speeches clearly depict that India will support the militants of Balochistan to separate the province from Pakistan which is a clear prove of India’s sponsor terrorism. Besides that, Afghanistan and Iran is being used by India, Kulbushan Yadav is an example of this. Bangladesh and other small neighboring countries of India have been suffering for decades due to Indian terrorism and also due to India’s hate mongering attitude. Kalistan, Kashmir, Naxalites, Tamil Nadu and many more areas of India are now turning against the state because people of these areas were somehow butchered or used by the Indian secular regimes to spread terrorism in the region.

There is no doubt that few terrorists who were involved in different attacks in western world passed some time in Pakistan as refugees, that is the point where Pakistan says that refugees should be sent back to Afghanistan as they have become a threat to national security. Pakistan is no longer in a situation to take the blame of Afghanistan’s wrong doings from all over the world.

Talking particularly about OBL, was he a threat to the world’s peace? Was there any weapon of mass destruction in Iraq? Was there any issue in Libya which was used by the Western world to destabilize the region? This war over terror is actually the war over economy which is being fought by the western world against South Asians states and Middle East. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has already apologized about Iraq war and in a documentary “Nightmares and Politics of Fear” BBC has admitted this fact that OBL may be considered as local rebel but he had no power or capability to take on world trade center that change the whole paradigm and made world to pay for what western world had sowed.

Modi Let SAARC to Collapse

Chain of incidents starting from Kashmir Uprising, UNGA, water blockage & Uri attack and most importantly recent Indian firing on LoC, leads to bitter regional environment for India & Pakistan. Yesterday’s night India did LoC violations at Pakistani side and claimed it as surgical strikes. On the other hand PM Modi’s boycott the upcoming session of SAARC in Islamabad.   Though both incidents are interlinked, one can consider Indian boycott from SAARC as the first step to isolate Pakistan diplomatically.

India’s boycott from SAARC brings implications for both countries India and Pakistan. This clearly endorses Pakistan stance that India is reluctant to make peace with Pakistan. Even in the past, whenever Pakistan stepped forward for peace, India used same tactics to avoid the confidence building measures to deescalate the tension between both countries. By boycotting SAARC session which was going to happened in Islamabad in Nov, 2016, India PM Modi let SAARC to collapse as Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Bhutan are also on foots of India and refused to attend SAARC conference. It is in the agenda of SAARC if any country is not joining the SAARC session, whole session is postponed. SAARC was an opportunity to normalize tension in South Asia but Indian prime minster Modi sabotaged this chance. Many analyst have opinion Modi has adopted a “hawkish” line, to satisfy his war-monger friends. By boycotting SAARC India has sent negative signals to her allies in the west which defiantly know who is the spoiler of peace in South Asia.

It is not right to say that Pakistan gives shelter and support to terrorists groups like haqqani’s and other groups like lashkar e Taiba, is the reason of India’s boycott of SAARC conference, but the actual reason is India is hiding herself from being answerable on the issue of self-made Uri attack and pathankot attack. PM Modi is ashamed on the issue of Burhan Wani (A Kashmiri freedom fighter) raised by PM Nawaz Sharif in UNGA, this can be another reason because India PM hesitate to face other regional states. Uri attack allegations, Baluchistan issue, surgical strikes, Pakistan isolation, water blockage all Indian tactics got failed. This all left India with only option to hide herself.

This case also brings few lessons for Pakistan. At this very situation Pakistan needs to take rational decision based on Indian previous war mongering record. Beside this Pakistan should not reverse her words on Kashmir issue. Pakistan should participate heavily in SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), to promote relations with Central Asian states.

مودی سرکار،امریکہ کے چرنوں میں

کچھ دنوں سے مودی   سرکار کی بین الاقوامی ڈپلومسی کے چرچے قومی اوربین الاقوامی سب ہی نیوز  چینلز اور اخبارات  کی زینت بنے ہوۓھیں۔ نرنیدرا  مودی سوئٹزرلینڈسے ہوتے ہوۓ اب امریکہ پنہچ گے۔ جہاں مفادات کی سیاست کچھ یوں کھیلی جاے گی کہ جس میں جنوبی ایشیا خصوصاً پاکستان کے مفادات اور سیکورٹی کو خطرہ ہونے کا اندیشہ ہے۔اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کے مودی کی یہ  بازی ایک بڑی  جیو پولیکٹیکل جنگ کا حصّہ ہےجو امریکاا ور بھارت مل کر چین کے خلاف لڑ رہے ہیں۔
مودی کی مضبوط ہوتی هوئ فارین پالیسی نے ایک بار پھر پاکستان کی نیشنل سیکورٹی کو ایک مشکل  دوراہے پر لا کھڑا  کیا ہے۔ا یک طرف انڈیا باقی ملکوں کے ساتھ اپنی ڈپلومسی بڑھا رہا ور دوسری طرف مودی کے  حالیہ دوروں کا مقصد پاکستان کو تمام دنیا سے الگ کرنا بھی ہے. اگر صورتحال کا بغور جائزہ لیا جاےتو یہ بات سمجھننے میں مشکل نہ ہو گی کہ ہمیشہ مودی پالیسیز میں خارجی مفادات کو زیادہ اہمیت حاصل رہی ہے کچھ ماہرین پاکستان اور انڈیا خارجہ پالیسیز کا موازنہ یوں کرتے ہیں کہ پاکستان اگر بیرونی امداد بھی لیتا ہے تو اپنے اندرونی حالات و خطرار ت کی روک تھام کے لیے استعمال کرتا ہے۔ اس کے متضاد بھارت بیرونی امداد کو اپنے بیرونی خطرات اور انٹرسٹ کو پورا کرنے میں استعمال کرتا ہے۔ مودی کا حالیہ دورہ بھی اسی سوچ کا عکاس ہے۔ اس دورے کا کہیں نہ کہیں اولین مقصد نیوکلیر سپلائی گروپ میں شمولیت ہی ہے مگر حیرت کی بات ہے کہ انیس سو چوہتر میں جب انڈیا نے اپنے جوہری ہتھیاروں کے ٹیسٹ کے جس کے نتیجے میں دنیا کو جوہری ہتھیاروں سے روک تھام کے لیے ایک  تنظیم  بنا ئی گی اورآج وہی تنظیم اُسی ملک کو ممبر شپ
دینے کا سوچ رہی ہے کیا یہ عالمی طاقتوں کی جانبدار سوچ کی عکاسی نہیں کرتی؟

یہ کہہ دینا کہ امریکہ بغیر کسی مفاد کے بھارت کے لیے اتنا بڑا قدم اٹھا رہا ہے ذہن میں بہت سے سوالوں کو جنم دیتا ہے۔ امریکہ کا بھارت کو سپورٹ کرنا یوں ہی بے مقصد نہیں ہے۔ بلکہ بھارت اور امریکہ مل کر چین جیسے ملک کے خلاف ایک منظم طاقت بننا چاہتے ہیں۔ دوسری طرف اس حقیقت کو بھی نہیں جھٹلایا جا سکتا کہ امریکی صدر اوبامہ کی دہشت گردی کے خلاف پالیسی افغانستان میں بری طرح ناکام ہو چکی ہے۔ امریکہ کے ساتھ ساتھ دنیا بھر میں اوباما کو سخت تنقید کا سامنا ہے۔ اور اس طرح کی حکمت عملی اپنا کر صدر اوبامہ اپنا کیا دھرا پاکستان کے سر ڈالنا چاہتے ہیں کہ پاکستان نے دہشت گردی کی جنگ میں امریکہ کا ساتھ نہیں دیا اس لیے وہ بھارت کی طرف بڑھ گئے ہیں۔ امریکہ کی بات تو ایک طرف رہ گئی مودی کی خارجہ پالیسی کو بھی کسی صورت نظر انداز نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ یوں عالمی طاقتوں کے ساتھ بہتر تعلقات استوار کرنا اور پھر ان سے نیو کلئیر سبلائیر گروپ کی ممبر شپ کے لیے حمایت کے لیے درخواست کرنا پاکستان کے لیے کسی خطرے سے کم نہیں ہے۔ اس سے بڑھ کر اگر بھارت نیو کلییر سپلائیر گروپ میں ممبر شپ حاصل کر لیتا ہے تو اس کے خطے پر بہت منفی اثرات مرتب ہوں گے جن میں ڈیٹرنس اور خطے میں طاقت کے عدم توازن سے جوہری ہتھیاروں کی دوڑکا بڑھ جانا سر فہرست ہے۔ پاکستان نے بھی این ایس جی میں شمولیت کے لیے درخواست جمع کروا دی ہے بہر حال پاکستان کا صورت حال کو سمجھتے ہوتے امریکہ کی مخالف بڑی طاقتوں چین اور روس کی طرف جھکاو کر لینا چاہیے جواس وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔ بھارت ایک جارحیت پسند ملک ہے جو کسی بھی طرح نیو کلئیر سپلائیر گروپ میں شمولیت کے قابل نہیں ہے تاہم یہ کہہ دینا کہ مودی کا امریکہ کے چرنوں میں بیٹھنا فضول ہے بالکل غلط نہیں ہو گا۔

Rangers Operation & Karachi

Karachi is quiet a troubled city of Pakistan, presently it is struggling with menace of terrorism, political militancy and corruption. Karachi has again become victim of another terror attack. An attack on military police vehicle and two personnel martyred. It was not the first time that police or LEAs were being attacked by terrorists. Ever since Karachi operation has started, eleven attacks were carried out on police and three attacks were on LEAs by different terrorists and banned outfits.

There are wax and wane in Karachi peace situation, since rangers operation. In the milieu of this attack following four major perceptions are floating among the nation and journalists society.

محترم قارئین ! میں کوشش کرتا ہوں کہ میں کسی کی دل آزاری نہ کروں ۔ ۔۔ امید ہے یہ آرٹیکل بھی آپ صرف اصلاحی نقطہ نظر سے لیں گے ۔۔ آجکل کافی صاحب علم شاید لاعلمی کا شکار ہیں ۔۔ جو کہ یہ ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں کہ ستمبر کی جنگ کوئی نہیں جیتا ۔ یا پاکستان نہیں جیتا ۔ یہ پڑھ کر ایک غیرت مند مگر عام شہری سٹوڈنٹ یا علم کے متلاشی سے رہا نہیں گیا اور میں ان لوگوں کو حقیقت سے آشکار کروانے کی کوشش کر رہا ہوں امید ہے میرا آرٹیکل ان کے لیے ہدایت کی ایک کرن ثابت ہو گا ۔۔

کوئی بھی قوم اپنے دفاع سے غافل نہیں رہ سکتی۔ دفاع جتنا مضبوط ہو قوم بھی اتنی ہی شاندار اور مضبوط ہوتی ہے۔ 6ستمبر 1965 کی جنگ پاکستانی قوم کیلئے ایک وقار اور لازوال استقلال کا استعارہ ہے
